Tried something new today, I went for my first baking class at my local community center. Today’s lesson covered 2 types of cake, pineapple apricot fruitcake and chocolate cheese cake. The lesson was taught with an instructor showing us the basics and how we are suppose to do it. Instructions were provided and where we could purchase the baking ingredients. Only issue that I had was there wasn’t any hands on, but yet again for 8 baking lessons at 70 dollars I guess we can’t ask for more :)
