I just completed launching a job board system for my company (energyskills). The system allows candidates to apply for jobs and it allows employers/ recruiters to search for candidates. Being in charge of development, really helped me understand alot of the inner workings of the human resource industry.

Besides developing the job board, I was allocated the task of boosting traffic up into the job site (Increase Resumes). After some tweaking to the meta tags and content, Google managed to index my site quite nicely. Here are the results on a search words “Oil and Gas Portal Asia” and and Search words 2, I know they are long keywords but we all have to start somewhere right?
