First Cheese Cake Baking Experience
Life eXperiences March 29th, 2008Last week after my first baking lesson, I decided to try baking my own cheese cake, after all from the lesson it looked very simple and easy. So over the weekend, I went out to buy the ingredients needed for the cheese cake. Following the cheese cake recipe, I got cream cheese, biscuits, sugar, chocolate, eggs, flour, vanilla, milk, butter and almonds and started to mix them together, placed it into the oven and waited.
After an hour later, when I took the cheese cake out from oven the cheese cake look ok. However when I cut into the cake, the insides was soft and watery and the aroma was also missing. Not sure why is that the case, something went wrong during the process. However I cant really figure out what, my prime suspects would be either the oven heat isnt strong enough or I placed too much eggs to make it watery or I something else.
Guess I will have to give it another shot to be able to find out what went wrong.
