Last year, my good friend Sersitiv and I went for Microsoft’s MS SQL 2005 “Ready to Rock” launch. The event was quite fun, free food, free goodies, free MS VS .Net 2005 trial and demos which made me want to change industries.

As the launch was held at suntec city, we decided to lunch at Carl’s Jr. Carl’s Jr offered me an experience where I paid nearly 10 bucks in Singapore for a fast food meal. I guess having bigger burgers and offering nice salsa sauces for free requires such a price tag. Overall, I guess it is a nice experience to have tried Carl’s Jr burgers (after the hype of Paris Hilton’s commercial), but I don’t think I would go back for seconds, as the cost is floating on the high side($$$).
